My deliverables range from user research and analysis, user personas, user journey map, service blueprints, userflows, Information Architecture (sitemaps), UX strategies, design system, to low-fidelity and high-fidelity clickable prototypes. In the past, I have also experienced in storyboarding to visualize end-to-end user experience.
Before I shifted my focus into product design, my works span a variety of visual designs including graphic design, poster design, infographics, brand visual identity design and even character design. Most people said my style is distinctive by the way it looks.
